Yuma and welcome to Ngunnawal Primary School. Our school is designed to cater for the learning needs of students from Preschool to Year 6. We pride ourselves on providing the very best learning experiences for all students. Relationships and partnerships with families are critical at Ngunnawal Primary School.  We believe that when you enrol a child, you enrol the family.  As a team we work hard to develop positive relationships between children, staff, families and the community.

At Ngunnawal Primary School we aim to provide a lively, inclusive and safe learning environment. We welcome all members of the school community to work together. We encourage children to develop their full potential academically, socially, emotionally and their physical skills.

Ngunnawal Primary School provides an engaging environment with learning experiences that nurture and challenge the potential of every student. We aim to build the capacity of our students so that they are resilient learners who have pride in themselves and their place of learning.

Ngunnawal Primary School is incredibly proud of our links to the first custodians of this land, the Ngunnawal people. We are committed to developing and maintaining genuine, collaborative and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander parents, families, local community members, service providers and agencies. We are passionate about developing all staff and students’ understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, languages and knowledge systems.

We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership as we work with you to ensure students are equipped to achieve their full potential.
